At Village Hat Shop, we want you to love your headwear. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Hat
Carefully place the hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit, ensuring all original tags are attached.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
